vinaigrette

5 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mustard
1 clove garlic
Pinch of sugar

Soak all the dry ingredients and the crushed garlic in the vinegar for an hour to allow flavours to percolate before adding the oils if you have time.
